Come spend time with our team in Vancouver for an unforgettable experience filled with fun, exploration, and delicious food! Fall in Vancouver means the leaves are changing colour, the arts scene is warming up, and autumn delicacies are popping up on menus. We'll explore the vibrant city, checking out iconic sights like Stanley Park, Granville Island, and the stunning waterfront. From scenic walks along the seawall to visits to bustling markets and cultural hotspots, there's something for everyone. We'll also indulge in Vancouver's diverse culinary scene, enjoying everything from fresh seafood to Michelin-starred international cuisines.
We wrap up our day together on Friday in the lively atmosphere of one of Canada's premier improv theatres, enjoying an evening of laughter and spontaneity as talented performers take the stage. On Saturday, get ready to slide into some fun with curling, the truly Canadian sport that brings brooms, stones, and excitement together. No matter if you're a seasoned pro or have never picked up a curling broom before, we’re going to have a blast!

FAQ
What is the weather like this time of year?
Our sea-level port city is known for its temperate climate. Temperatures cool down in Vancouver over the fall months and things get a little rainy as well. But overall, the climate is quite mild, with temperatures ranging from a sunny 18˚C (65˚F), through to a rainy 12˚C (51˚F) in later months.
What should I pack?
We suggest to pack a combination of comfortable daytime wear and business casual for the evenings. We recommend packing items that can be layered as we are in a temperate climate that sees both sun and some occasional showers. Make sure you bring a warmer waterproof layer as well as gloves, scarf and a hat. Bring some good walking shoes – Vancouver is a great place to explore on foot! For footwear, comfort is key, especially if you're planning on exploring the city.
How do I get around?
Let us or your agent know your arrival time so we can arrange your transportation to the hotel. When you arrive, you'll look for your driver holding a Fluxwerx sign in the arrivals area at YVR. For exploring Vancouver, you can get around on foot, by bicycle, bus/skytrain, Uber or taxi.
What kind of food should I expect?
Vancouver is considered a cultural mosaic, and the food scene is much the same. From fresh West Coast seafood, to vegan specialties to exotic flavours from Asia and the Middle East; all cuisines are represented in the Vancouver food scene. Get a list of Fluxwerx's recommended restaurants here.
